For photo and video productions, we recommend a maximum capacity of 6 people in Studio A.

For Intimate events, the capacity is 40 people.

Street parking is available all along Dupont street, hours of parking may vary depending on weekday/weekend. Please confirm whether or not you can park based on street signage.

Galleria Mall is also across the street, and parking is available for patrons of the mall.

We will not be responsible for parking issues from not observing municipal laws.

Our south-facing windows offer abundant natural light. Depending on the time of year, the optimal light for Studio A occurs between 9 am to around 2 pm. On cloudy days, the light will be soft and diffused throughout the day.

As a daylight studio, we are dependent on the weather. We always recommend that photographers bring their own equipment and backup lighting.

The studio only offers limited equipment: light stands and extension cords.

Yes, you can rearrange furniture or props in the room you rent. Please lift when handling furniture and equipment.

*DO NOT take furniture from the room you haven’t rented.

The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time.

We do not offer 1-hour bookings. The minimum booking duration starts at 2 hours.

Yes, there is a street level entrance.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the space.

Service animals, however, are welcome to make your time as comfortable as possible in the studio. Do note that you will be requested to provide acceptable documentation. Please note that emotional support animals are not classified as service animals.

Our space is a natural light studio. If you would like to shoot in complete darkness, we recommend shooting during the evening. However, please note that the space may not be 100% dark due to ambient street lights.
